how often do we get the chance to be this close to world-class scientists in real life?
Asian Science Camp 2025 is one of those rare events. we truly believe it will inspire many young minds and ourselves as well.
we were entrusted with designing the logo and corporate identity for Asian Science Camp 2025 (ASC2025), a major international science camp held annually in different host countries.
in 2025, Thailand had the honor of hosting the event, with Suranaree University of Technology as the main venue.
The Brief
create a visual identity that reflects Thai identity, science, and a modern spirit
1. Logo Design
we explored many concepts and iterations before arriving at the final logo, an elephant formed from interconnected geometric shapes.
the geometry represents analytical thinking and multiple possibilities, while the elephant symbolizes Thailand. Together, they reflect both the scientific mindset and cultural identity of the host country.

2. color palette & Font Family
we used a vibrant rainbow-inspired palette to represent students from diverse backgrounds coming together. at the same time, the colors subtly reference the light spectrum, reinforcing the science concept behind the event.
We selected Montserrat for its strong, clean, and highly readable character.
To soften the overall tone in some materials, we added a handwriting-style font to bring a more relaxed and friendly feel.
3. Illustration & Visual Materials
Since the event focused heavily on talks, lectures, and academic dialogue, we emphasized illustrations and visual elements to balance the content and make it more engaging.
Using illustrations also helped us manage layouts across various formats more efficiently 😅
4. Multi-size Banners & Event Signage
we designed artworks for a wide range of on-site materials, including:

5. Event Kits & Giveaways
we designed a complete set of event materials, including:
- color-coded name badges by participant group
- stationery sets for lectures
- sticker sheets
- pins
- traditional Thai herbal inhalers
and various souvenirs such as hats, umbrellas, elephant pants, backpacks, and keychains.
for the elephant pants and bags, we incorporated Korat-inspired monogram patterns, allowing participants to take home a piece of local culture and memories from the event.
